PRN’s website provides information regarding its products and allows you to purchase PRN products directly from PRN. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions you will not be able to purchase our products through the website. From time to time, PRN may make changes to the website which, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to any changes that are made. All purchases of products must be made by adults eighteen (18) years of age or older. By placing an order through PRN you warrant that you are at least (18) years of age or older. Your use of our website shall be deemed your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any changes that may be made to it.

PURCHASING PRN PRODUCTS
The products that are offered for sale by PRN are based on a subscription plan. In the event that you wish to purchase any of the products contained on our website, you will be asked to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You will create a password after you have completed your New Customer Registration which will allow you to access our Customer Center. You agree to maintain the security of your account on our website, including the confidentiality of your password and other account information. When you open a subscription based account, you are agreeing to pay all charges to your account, including any applicable taxes, in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time that your charge becomes payable. PRN reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fee or charges for products we provide, and to institute new charges or terms effective upon notice to subscribers. PRN reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason. If your account is terminated, PRN shall notify you.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be automatically charged on a 3, 6, or 12 month cycle depending on which order period you choose for your account. You acknowledge and agree that PRN shall not be obligated to send you any renewal or advanced billing notices or confirmations that your credit card has been charged. Provided that you give PRN at least seventy-two (72) hours notice by contacting PRN’s Customer Relations Department at 1-800-900-2303, you can suspend an order that is coming due until a later date, suspend the order indefinitely or terminate your subscription.
Your right to purchase products is conditioned upon our receipt of payment. If a payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is canceled for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately either suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this Agreement. Nonetheless, you are required to pay any amount still owed to PRN at the time your account is suspended or terminated.
If you provide any untrue or inaccurate information, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current and future use by you of our website. Account information and certain other information about you are subject to the terms of our privacy policy. However, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including all charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to provide PRN with the foregoing information as well as any other information that you agree shall be accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions governing your purchase of PRN products.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
PRN Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals is committed to your safety and satisfaction. For safety reasons we never restock product, therefore, we cannot accept returned product. Once an order is shipped, the sale is final. We do not accept returned products or provide refunds.
Refusal of product delivery does not release the customer from payment liability.
All orders undergo a quality assurance review prior to shipping, but in the event an error occurs, PRN is committed to correcting it. Contact PRN’s Customer Relations Department at 800-900-2303 to report any error.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact PRN’s Customer Relations Department immediately upon receipt of delivery at 800-900-2303. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product. PRN will replace any damaged product.
MONTHLY PAYMENT TERMS
PRN’s monthly payment plan allows customers to pay for a 3 or 4 month supply of product on a monthly basis. Upon receipt of an initial payment for one month product supply (and any applicable taxes or shipping charges for the entire shipment) PRN will ship a 3 or 4 month supply of product to you and arrange a schedule of payments on a 30 day cycle until the remaining balance due is paid. Under this monthly payment plan we will ship PRN product to you before you pay for the total amount due, and by agreeing to begin a monthly payment plan you acknowledge that you are required to pay any amount still owed to PRN even if your credit card on file is declined or is changed for any reason before all payments for shipped products have been made.
PRIVACY POLICY
PRN is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of this website. We will not sell or distribute any personal information. Although the website may contain links to third party websites, PRN is not responsible for the actions of the third parties, the content of their website or any products, information or services they offer.
